Arapahoe Basin Ski Area
Arapahoe Basin is located 68 miles west of Denver and is perched high on the Continental Divide. It is known for its panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges; it is a local favorite. There are a variety of runs to suit every skill level.
In 2018 A-Basin opened 34 new runs over 468 acres as well as a new four-person chair lift.
Mountain Goat Plaza is the base for all activities at A-Basin. New amenities include the Kids Center, a new Season Pass Office and updated retail and dining experiences. A-Basin also offers free parking in three of its largest lots and a free drop-off area for kinds and families.
