The Town

Crested Butte is located at the end of highway 135 and is surrounded by National Forest. Getting to Crested Butte will take some time if you are arriving by car but the added travel times is worth it; you won’t waste time in lift lines here! The town itself has ample lodging, restaurants, art galleries, activities and a vibrant downtown boasting victorian storefronts painted in fun colors. It is a family friendly town with an authentic ski-town heritage.

Crested Butte is a great mountain for all skill levels. It has 1,547 total acres  of skiable terrain with a summit elevations of 12,162 feet.
