How far in advance of a trip should I plan my trip?
The sooner the better! Even if it’s a year out – feel free to contact us! Many of the world’s most alluring destinations are often booked up 12-15 months in advance, as are December & January holiday vacations.
Most clients book an annual vacation 6-9 months in advance. This way, we can ensure you have the best flights, the best hotels, and tour reservations.
Can you help me with a last minute trip?
Most of the time, we can. We’ll need to work together to quickly finalize your plans and secure reservations. We only ask that you are willing to be decisive and responsive so we can pull something together for you.
Can I book a short hotel stay with you?
Definitely, we can book any length of hotel stay for you.
What are the benefits of using a travel adviser?
As your personal travel adviser, we work with you to create the trip of your dreams. We eliminate the hassle and time you would spend researching endless options online. We have relationships and networks with the best hotel, air, cruise and tour companies for rates and services that are not available online. We will keep you within budget and find ways to add value while carefully planning your trip.
What happens if I run into a problem during travel?
We are available to help! Please contact us if you have any problems during your travels and we will do our best to support you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes, we do. Some trips are large and require a final, nonrefundable, payment several months before the departure. You’re taking a risk when you don’t purchase insurance to cover your investment. From hurricanes to terrorism attacks to unexpected earthquakes and volcanoes erupting, there have been so many unforeseen issues that have arisen recently that are covered only if insurance has been purchased. We have a preferred agency that we can give you a quote from, but you can also book through your own insurance provider – the important thing is that you are covered.
